NorthCoast Partners is a full service merger and acquisition firm helping businesses earning from $1.000,000 to $25,000,000 in annual revenues to successfully execute a change of ownership. Formed in 1999 by executive veterans of multiple startup companies as well as major corporations, NorthCoast brings extensive business expertise, professionalism, and ethical standards to the often daunting task of ownership transitions.

Our name, NorthCoast Partners, is symbolic of who we are and what's in our DNA. First, NorthCoast represents a direction and a destination. We have found that most business owners need assistance in defining and finding their destination. For us that means "Exiting my business on my own terms."

The second part of our name is "Partners." This represents more than just a partnership of professionals who understand transition issues facing business owners. It also represents a strategy of partnering with our clients over the long term so that we are both fully invested in reaching the client's destination. We sometimes refer to ourselves as the Jerry Maguire of Business Intermediaries: "Fewer clients, better service."

All Principals at NorthCoast have extensive experience as presidents, officers, or directors of successful businesses. Our associates typically have advanced degrees in financial, marketing, or operations disciplines.
